I started my career as a Business Strategy Consultant at IBM where I gained my foundational knowledge in strategic problem solving and stakeholder management. I later transitioned into product design, driving design initiatives at Europe’s leading e-commerce site called Zalando, where I designed for over 50 million users. Most recently, I’ve focused on B2B design, creating intuitive tools for payments operations that simplify complex workflows and drive efficiency at JPMorganChase.
