I started my career as a Business Strategy Consultant at IBM where I gained my foundational knowledge in strategic problem solving and stakeholder management. I later transitioned into product design, driving design initiatives at Europe’s leading e-commerce retailer called Zalando, where I designed for over 50 million users. Currently, I’m creating intuitive tools in payments operations that simplify complex workflows and drive efficiency for users at JPMorganChase.
